Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

The short version (please read): Rack Pay is a personal estimating tool. It gives you a rough, recency-weighted guess of what a store pays from a given rack, and lets you build a running total for the week. It is not your official pay. Your real paycheck and pay stubs from your employer are the only accurate, authoritative record of what you're owed — always rely on those. Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or sharing/copying/exporting any data from the service, will get you permanently banned with no refund.

1. What this service is — and isn't

Rack Pay ("the Service") provides estimated pay figures based on data you import from your own pay sheets. Estimates are averages and may be wrong or out of date. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any carrier, employer, or fuel company. It is not an official record of pay, hours, or amounts owed. Do not use it for payroll disputes, financial decisions, tax purposes, or anything where accuracy matters — use your actual paychecks and pay stubs for that.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate sign-up information.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use — prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not:

Share your login (username, password, or any sign-in access) with any other person, for any reason.
Share, sell, export, copy, screenshot for distribution, scrape, or otherwise remove or redistribute any data from the Service — whether it's your data or anyone else's.
Let anyone else use your account, or use someone else's.
Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to others.
Upload data you are not permitted to handle, or use the Service in violation of your employer's or carrier's policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with any rules your company has about handling pay or load information.
Attempt to access other users' data, break the Service's security, or interfere with its operation.

Violations result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion, with no refund. Sharing of logins or data of any kind is grounds for a permanent ban.

4. Your data and privacy

Your pay sheet PDFs are read and processed in your own browser. The original PDF files are never uploaded to our servers.
Only the extracted figures (rack, store, pay amount, date) are stored in your private, per-user database.
Your data is isolated from all other users and is only accessible from your logged-in account.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except service providers strictly needed to run the Service (e.g., hosting and payment processing).
We do not offer a data export feature.

5. Subscription and billing

The monthly subscription is $3.99 for Standard or $6.99 for Pro. New eligible accounts may start one seven-day Pro trial after accepting these Terms. No payment card is required for this trial, it ends automatically, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription or charge you.
When the trial ends, continued access requires you to affirmatively choose and confirm a paid Standard or Pro subscription through Stripe Checkout. The trial is one-time and cannot be restarted; there is no automatic charge at trial expiry.
Your uploaded and saved load history remains stored after trial expiry. Standard shows the most recent 18 months of eligible history; older uploads remain saved and are available again with Pro, subject to the Service's data-retention terms.
Payments for paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your card or banking details. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; the checkout flow shows the billing terms before you confirm.
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate, complete, current, or reliable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petroleum Carriers, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on estimates or from any inaccuracy in the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
